Liat was a producer on the docuseries Eyes on the Prize (HBO), a continuation of Henry Hampton’s landmark 1987 docuseries. Previously, she co-produced the 2021 documentary special Eyes on the Prize: Hallowed Ground (MAX). Directed by Academy Award® nominee Sophia Nahli Allison, the film explores the profound journey for black liberation.

Liat also associate produced Anonymous Content and Done + Dusted’s 2020 All in Washington: A Concert For Covid Relief (Amazon Studios).

Alongside her producing roles, Liat co-directs MakeMake Residencies: a nine-month paid residency program designed to open pathways for diverse professionals working in the entertainment industry. The program is supported by the Netflix Fund for Creative Equity and Angus Wall’s MakeMake Entertainment.

Liat has worked with companies such as Anonymous Content, Trilogy Films, MakeMake Entertainment, Done + Dusted, and De La Revolución.

When she’s not working in film and television, Liat returns to her first creative love - singing - with the Resistance Revival Chorus.
